AHRI Senior Leaders HR Breakfast

When 50+ very senior leaders turn up to a breakfast event on a really cold Melbourne morning then you know they are all very passionate about change and want to do something about it 👏

I loved facilitating the workshop on Closing the Gender Pay Gap and accelerating women into leadership roles backed by data, real world experience and a systemic framework to address this complex issue.

The “Gap” can be closed… We all have a mum, spouse, daughter, niece, grandma in our workforce, we owe it to them.
